I wasn't very impressed with any of them. I've even dragged a toothpick across the yolk and tried doubling the time and halving the power, but every time the yolk explodes on the poacher. Egg poachers need some practice to get it right. I use it less so I didn't get my timing right. It's more like a shelled hard-boiled egg, which isn't bad. I had to use a non-stick spray after the first few uses, but otherwise I can cook a whole egg or runny egg white with spinach and sometimes veggie sausage (fresh or frozen) and/or cheese (dairy or vegan) in 60-65 seconds and it is perfect for my english
