Good compact masonry bit set

Super compact set of short masonry bits. With them there are no problems when drilling concrete, cinder block and brick. Ideal for anchor or bolt holes. The quality is excellent for home use. I'm not sure if they stand up to commercial/professional use. The hexagonal shank enables use in impact collets or ensures a secure fit in commercially available drill chucks. Great for those little bits. If you are looking for a quality stonemason bit set and don't need excess length, this NordWolf set is

Pros
  • Masonry bit
Cons
  • So far so good

When used with a hammer drill they are very effective.

These are very good masonry drill bits but cannot be used with hammer drills so work slowly. It takes 2 to 5 times longer to drill a hole compared to a comparable hammer drill (on a hammer drill). With the smaller bits this isn't much of a problem, but the 12mm bit took so long to make the hole that I gave up and ended up using the hammer drill. Using a hammer drill (following the instructions) will make the process much faster, but not as good as a hammer drill. seemed to work fine.

Pros
  • Masonry Drill Bit Sets
Cons
  • Very Expensive
