This is my first AND LAST time to purchase Novamaker filament. Only rate this 1 star because 0 stars is not an option. The build plate adhesion on this material is the worst filament I've ever used - it doesn't stick to the build plate at all at normal extruder temperatures. : Forget at temperatures below 240 C. Blue Ribbon? Glue stick? Does not matter. This material will not stick to anything unless you are printing at 240-250°C. (By contrast, Hatchbox and eSun ABS filaments adhere perfectly…

turns out great but had to dry

So I was completely consumed by other reviews showing photos of their prints after acetone. I had the idea that I would like to make a bowl of yarn out of it as a gift and I can say that it ended up being perfect. However. When I first received the filament it printed pretty poorly. Came in a plastic bag but no vacuum packaging. The first print was quite bubbly and rough. I almost sent it back, but I *really* wanted it to work. I already had a dehydrator so I stuck it in for 4.5 hours at 150F…

Experience is required to stimulate the behavior of this thread.

My 3D printing experience so far has been with PLA and PETG and I thought I would like to invest in learning about ABS. I assure you, this is clearly not the right thread to explore these possibilities. TL; DR: This filament is wet and I've found that it doesn't stick well to the build plate or even to itself. I also found his deformation to be incredibly bad. This is my first ABS coil. Like other previous reviews, I also had to dry it at 160f for 8 hours. I finally managed to glue this…
