Great product suitable for diet and sports nutrition

My daughter uses this product daily and loves the taste. Mix it up in a shaker and feel like it's getting a big dose of protein. Dairy free products are sometimes hard to come by and this is their favorite product. thanks for the great value.

I like it! in Sports Nutrition

I typically stay away from gluten and dairy 90% of the time as I have severe seasonal allergies that last every day of the year so this product is perfect for me. I start every day with a shake. Usually 1 scoop, 1 cup almond milk, 1/2 cup berries, 1/2 frozen banana, and 2 teaspoons ground flaxseed. I haven't felt this good in a long time! It is very easy to digest and contains all the vitamins I need. Switching to this whey protein powder has completely changed my life.

Pros
  • Diet and Sports Nutrition
Cons
  • Crumpled Packaging

But it works. on Plant

I found out about this product because it doesn't contain soy and I'm allergic to soy. I was concerned that the constipation issues I had with other protein shakes were due to a soy allergy. I bought vanilla flavor. I mixed the product with 1% milk. It wasn't tasty at all. I don't mind the grit and expect it from the reviews I've read. I found adding a few tablespoons of Splenda made it quite enjoyable. Maybe I'm just an overactive sweet tooth, but Splenda has helped me a lot. I was concerned…
