My daughter lost the remote control for my 65 inch Samsung 6 series TV. We received the remote very quickly and it was an OEM Samsung remote (not a universal remote). Simply insert batteries and you're done. Couldn't be nicer price, ease of use and fast delivery.

This remote control is exactly like our original. Just put the batteries in and BAM! Perfection. No codes, no calibration, just works. The up arrow on our original remote didn't work and we tried two other remotes before I found this one. I wish I had found it sooner! If you need a replacement remote, look no further, this is it!

This direct input multi-button controller is superior to the traditional single button and arrow smart controller that comes with the TV. I don't have to scroll, I can press #2 and go straight to channel 2. I can press the Netflix button without switching screens or using the up, down, left, and right arrows. Great controller. It works and I needed this to replace the one my dog was chewing on but unfortunately this one looks like it has been used despite being advertised as new. Significant wear on power, source, settings and other buttons, scuffs on Samsung label on back and scuffs on side. I even went with this seller as it was prime and oem new but more expensive than others as I needed it fast but I'm a bit disappointed with the quality of what they sent me.

I checked the Samsung website and it says ALL Samsung remotes work on ALL Samsung TVs. This remote controls my 2016 Samsung Smart TV but the reason I bought this remote was unfortunate. The Prime, Netflix, and Hulu buttons don't work. The TV says it has received a signal from the remote control, but nothing happens. I've tried resetting smart hub and apps but they still don't do anything. Is this a solution? Buy a Fire TV Cube and disable the Samsung remote if you don't need to change TV…
