Cheap but doesn't work.

Works from time to time. The spring is too weak, so you have to pull the switch to turn on the light. I'm still trying to find a better replacement.

Pros
  • Door Post Light
Cons
  • Dim

Works most of the time

You can use a stronger spring to operate every time the door is opened. The switch looks a bit fragile. They seem to have cornered the market as I couldn't find any other brands.

Pros
  • Switch
Cons
  • Some bugs

IMHO not worth the time.

I have ordered several and they usually break within a month. Done with this switch style. I bought a generic. Old school, light switch and installation, and has been running for months with no problems. Sorry and no disrespect Omix-Ada, but the plastic is cheap, causing the pins to diverge and make a switch, if only.

Pros
  • Spare parts
Cons
  • Without machine

Suitable but very weak

This is the only YJ door switch supplier I found. They fit well, are affordable and don't last long. They are extremely cheap and fragile and very easy to break. I went through about 5 of them and each time they broke I squeezed them lightly or caught them in my pants. They also break when trying to separate them when the doors don't work, the metal connectors just snap out of the plastic.

  • Automobile
