Photo shows the nut came with the clamp but when it arrived the nut was missing. The nut should be standard as these things rust so much. So close to five stars but I had to buy some nuts.

Item was too short. I'm a mechanic so I know how to install. They were short. I had to cut off the threaded part and weld a longer one. 2 stars for everything that works but only after I fix it.

The straps are a bit shorter than the original in my opinion. The tank was taken off the truck while I was waiting for parts. Straps do not come with nuts. I had to rethread it because it had so much rust on it in a few days. Not what I expected

Please note that these straps have a shorter rivet and are not long enough for the TJ 05-06 models. I've been told that on the contrary, 05-06 tapes with a longer bolt are backward compatible with 97-04 and can be marked as 97-06. I had to adapt.

Why on earth would you do something like that and not include mounting nuts? The aluminum doesn't seem to matter, it just holds the gas tank to the skid plate. Problem though, come on. How much do nuts cost? Can't you put two stupid nuts in a box? Bad form Omix, bad form!

They fit perfectly so you have everything you can expect except no need to worry about tank straps. oh and another reviewer said he just cut off the plastic pieces on the straps, husband says they seem to him to be the standard safety device just in case the bolts on the straps ever break this will prevent that the tank jumps. Sex will probably never happen, but it's nice to be there when it does.
