My jeep had an external fuel pump bypass relay installed, we replaced the fuel pump. The jeep still had trouble starting and when it started it stalled, I also had trouble idling. park I changed the external fuel pump relay and everything is back to normal. My 2013 Dodge Durango was recalled and Dodge did some fun work. In fact, there was a 33% chance my car would start. Too random for me. Two stores wanted to charge me for the TIPM conversion. It is too expensive. I did a little research and found that this part is notorious for messing things up. I bought these, replaced them and so far my machine is working perfectly. This fixed the fuel pump relay issue. The relay was done externally during a Jeep recall a few years ago. I started to falter and started having difficulties. This part was the fix, and just a few days after figuring it out, I received a notification from Jeep stating that the fuel pump relay corrective action taken earlier was not working. No fix in sight, but I'll be notified once they figure it out. I just bought a spare until they get back together.
