The voice quality is excellent, except for the hands-free system. I have no problem with that. The speakerphone could be improved for clarity, but it's good enough at low to medium volume settings. The Ooma HD3 comes with two AAA Ni-MH rechargeable batteries, a charger and a wall adapter.
