    Copper kettle with precise spout control

    It arrived on time and works well. It's great to have a thermometer. Just don't overfill the kettle or the boiling water will fly out of the sink like a rocket. If you want to be really picky, you can tell the plastic stylus doesn't feel that premium, but it doesn't feel cheap either. Time.

    Stopped working after 3 months.

    We have had this kettle for almost 3 months but have had few problems with it. Now water from the thermometer will seep into the boiler, and then into the furnace, which will extinguish the flame and release the gas into the air. It sucks a bit and it's a good thing I followed it or we would have been in trouble. We really liked this kettle but it doesn't seem to be working. There is discoloration at the bottom and we didn't even physically put the flame over the kettle as instructed.

    This product is beautiful and durable for just a few uses. Durability - NO.

    I received this item and it rusted after two months. I just checked the return date and missed it by a day. I understand your policy, but the item is rusted inside. See photos. I really liked my kettle. I brought a suitable dish rack to confirm I have it in my kitchen. You should reconsider renewing your policy if you are unaware of this deficiency. The kettle is perfect, the interior really needs to be tested again for durability. Sad!

    Small but nice in the kitchen and dining room

    This is a nice little kettle, although the burners in my BlueStar line are completely invisible. However, it heats up quickly and "blooms" coffee grounds well for my morning cup of coffee. I've only been using it for a month, so I can't comment on durability. I really like the fact that there is a thermometer on the lid as it helps me to keep a close eye on the temperature. Ideally, the boiling water should not get on the coffee grounds. I have decided to replace my large oversized coffee maker

    I've been using the Melitta watering method for years. I became interested in other things that go into making the perfect cup, like controlled pouring and temperature, and the right beans and grind size.     Inconsistent quality

    I bought my sister a few years ago. I was surprised by the quality and the lack of plastic parts. Recently my old French press broke. Instead of buying a new glass replacement I bought this one as it was almost the same price as a spare. Unfortunately this is not the same as what my sister received.     Copper kettle NOT copper

    I have had this kettle for three years now. Yes it still heats water and I still use it even though I'm looking for a new gooseneck kettle right now. Hopefully the best quality. It's NOT copper. Let's clear that up. Has a copper finish. And that finish will begin to fade or peel over time.
