Quality product, thick straps, easy installation and beautiful appearance. The construction is solid, thick, the velcro is strong, everything around is well built. I personally don't understand why some others are complaining that these straps are doing their intended job of keeping my feet from slipping. These straps hold up well. You may have trouble getting some pedals through the slots; I had to use a dremel to open up the slots on my Raceface Ride pedals. I don't think that's a disadvantage of straps, you just have to consider that when buying. My biggest problem is that they are not very easy to set up. You need to move the two inner straps and it will take some trial and error to get it right. Because of this, I'm going to switch to a more adjustable strap. The build quality is good. If…

UPDATE: It's been just over a year and they're still great! I've updated the pedals to eliminate the wear and tear I noticed in my original review. As long as I like them. I've had it for several months now. They wear out quickly but it's my fault I don't have pedals to side feed them. Mine has to go under the bottom outer edge of my WellGo pedals and hit the ground on tight turns before my pedal does. Looking for new pedals that are better for them. Excellent. Pedals are a bigger problem than straps, but straps are the only retention device that works with Fyxation pedals. These straps are too thick to fit through the narrow slots in the pedals. Some designers thought it would be nice to make pedals with narrow strap slots. I bought the pedals from a company other than Revain. Fyxation sells belts, but they're very expensive.
