Cute and Functional - Kitchen Helpers and Utensils

Tip for Beginners; Do not press the strainer against the edge of the glass. Liquids will run down the sides, making a mess and embarrassing you in front of all those thirsty drunks. Just hang up and hold.

Nice to have but not the best.

I bought it because I wanted to get better at making fine cocktails. The reviews told me this is the best option. However, I've found that moving the top back and forth doesn't make much of a difference in the size of the mesh filter holes. I think different design would be better to sift different ingredients. However, I have found that I use it a lot more than I thought I would. In fact, I prefer to use it instead of my shaker's perforated lid.

I'm a bartender and this is a great strainer.

I'm a bartender and this is a great strainer. The design is perfectly constructed. I love using it. This is an easy to use strainer, especially when pouring mixed spirits for more than one cocktail at a time. You should also appreciate the stylish and very professional look. It's definitely designed for the professional bartender, but it's also a great tool for the home bar. That is my professional opinion. If you are looking for a quality strainer then this is what you need.

  • Great for a small home

Professional bartender. This is the best sieve or fight with me.

That's it. The best sieve. Do you need a filter? Buy this. Have you already bought another one? Let's see if you get it back, you wanted it. I abused this thing for a year and it's still perfect in every way. I would choose one of these 1 year old screens over any other screen on the market. If you're a bartender or trying to pretend you're a bartender, you should check out OXO. This is the best filter. Their jigger is by far the best available. Their shaker is super lame for work but perfectly

Too many ice chips

I started with this strainer and I love its design and ergonomics. I recently switched to Cocktail Kindom's Koriko strainer and have found that I like it better. While I prefer the Oxo's ergonomics more, the Koriko benefits from a stiffer spring. The ice my ice maker makes is in the shape of a hollow hot rod and when shaken it breaks, forming lots of shards of ice. The oxo nib is too loose and licks a lot of splinters, and I had to strain twice with a tea strainer to not dilute the drink too…

Overall great colander design

This is without a doubt a great colander. The design is different from the usual, but one wonders why they aren't all designed like this. It's a little more expensive than others, but OXO makes great, healthy products without the fuss. Pros: - Works well on both large and small items without clogging - The finger holder works great and you get used to it after the first use or two. and wonder why all the other sieves have such an awkward grip. Good for normal shakers and glasses. medium female…

If you only have one strainer at home

This is a great strainer no wonder as I have never had a bad product from Oxo. I made cocktails. during the pandemic and entertaining with homemade kitchen items. After my sister bought me a mixing glass and Boston shaker for my birthday, I thought I could use the right strainer. This one was perfect for me. It fits both a shaker and a glass, eliminating the need for a second julep strainer. It's easy to keep in place, holds ice and holds many other things such as: B. Lemon wedges. (To really…

After using it, I threw away my old one. That's why.

I didn't even want to buy this colander. I already have one, why do I need another? Well it was an inexpensive addition so I added it and am very glad I did. Let's start by saying that I like OXO for the most part. They had a little problem with their reversible jigger but they tried to make me happy and I appreciate that. However, in this case, they created the perfect product. You have thought of everything! The size is perfect for my mixing glass. You push the strainer into the glass and the
