Description of Efficient Dusting with OXO Good Grips Microfiber Delicate Duster: A Gentle Touch for Delicate Surfaces

Microfiber. Light, fluffy, microfiber head is great for dusting picture frames, knick-knacks and other delicate items. Fine microfiber strands trap and hold dust without the need for cleaning chemicals. Head pops off with the squeeze of the buttons to machine wash without touching head. Dust picture frames, light fixtures and other delicate items without moving them. Soft, comfortable, non-slip handle; Hanging hole for convenient storage. Replacement head available (#13111400).

The best microfiber cloth I've ever used, with one caveat: it tends to snag on anything with sharp edges or points. Significantly smaller than other microfiber towels I've used but still an issue. To clean small parts around such objects, it is better to use a feather duster, which is less likely to knock things over. The downside to feather dusters is that they don't pick up or hold dust as well as microfiber. It's best to have both on hand. This along with a feather duster was a great 1-2…

Couldn't live without her!

Great little rag. Although Oxo sells it for "sticky" situations, I use it everywhere and it has replaced all my other rags. The price is so cheap that I have two of them (one on top and one on bottom). I also have a few "refills" that I turn off during dusting when they get full/dirty. They easily separate from the body of the rag, and you just toss them in the washing machine in a "delicate" mode. Remember to never use fabric softener on this or any other rag (or hand towel), as fabric…

Say goodbye to dusty problems.

I've been using this cloth for two months now and can't believe I didn't buy it sooner. Well, as a gamer things get dusty fast as long gaming sessions can really kill the time. I used to just grab a small towel and dust the old fashioned way. A few years later I decided to take the risk and buy a rag. To be honest, I didn't expect something so simple to work so effectively. I can easily sweep any surface with this baby and watch the dust go away. Even small scraps of dog fur don't stand a…

I love this rag - spring rag

I love this rag! Two advantages are that it can be used as a duster and that it is machine washable. Some complain that it can catch. Well, my duster and swiffer can ALSO get caught. It won't stop me from using it. I have several artificial flower arrangements and this works great. I usually hold a duster in one hand and OXO in the other. I've found the trick is to apply or press OXO onto the flowers. Microfibers collect dust. Then I go over it again with a feather duster. Yes, I love dust. : )

Fun, bright and functional

Cool stuff! I didn't know if I would like it but I love it. Went through the house on the day he joined, making lampshades, ceiling lights, picture frames and glass on flat screens in every room in no time (keyword: easy, no time at all). Wow! Dust doesn't fly. He was "stuck" in the fibers. The head can be easily removed from the handle. I plan to tuck it into a hosiery for the wash for extra protection of the fibers. I also plan to buy another spare head so I always have it ready! I'm looking…

I've been using Swiffer disposable rags but wanted to switch to something more sustainable and reusable. I did my research and it seemed to me that this is the best rag you can get. Unfortunately I have to go back after using it several times. Because it has a simple problem: it doesn't *collect* dust. It still looks as clean as when you bought it. On the other hand, as soon as I finish dusting, I start sneezing, my nose gets stuffy, and my throat gets dry because the *air* is full of dust. It…
