Works as it should.

Installed on 83 Suburban with Frankenstein 454 Build. And why don't the relays simply come with a splash-proof housing instead of bare wiring? It doesn't cost painless pennies and I'm happy to pay a few bucks more. The truck was very poorly built by the first owner. The previous owner tried to fix it but also screwed up. She installed the same wiring harness and it seemed to work, but she didn't read the instructions and didn't understand that you wanted the wires to be as short as possible…

Works as intended. The A/C was slightly colder with both fans running at high speed. We had enough 100 + Plus a few days to test my fan choices. The controller works great and the temp stays below 200* for a long time when idle. Now I will be using this on any truck again!

Broken thermal switch

Wiring harness is great! The instructions are clear and easy to follow. However, the switch was DOA. I verified that the wiring was correct by bypassing the switch and turning the fans on as intended. My coolant went up to 210 without a bump in the system. I would rate higher if only the seller replaced the faulty switch and I didn't have to go through the tires.

Cons
  • Some problems

Well done. Not perfect, but will save you a lot of headaches.

Item as described Lots of good reviews Wires seem to do what they are intended for From the 5 screws provided only 3 work to mount the relay, the other two intended for the fuse holder were too small to use in my installation scenario take some longer self tapping screws only one spade connector is included for connecting the thermostat, hence do I have to put my hands on the other main power wire and also for the main ground wire. of these are not working for my setup. Although installation is
