Tight and loose in the wrong places. The ball joint is so tight that I can't loosen it. The rotating screw at the base is so loose that the speaker just hangs down. The included mounting screws were removed in a jiffy and required a vise to remove from the wall.

this is honestly the best thing i never thought i would buy. I, like the other reviewer, have used it on my Onkyo 7.1 speakers and they all hold them up with no issues. I screwed them on studs and boy let me tell you they're tough. It's easy to install and well worth the money

I used them to install surround speakers in my living room. Installed all 4 in an hour. Easy to set up and surprisingly worth the money. However, it can only be understood to the extent that it is screwed in. Make sure you screw them into wall studs or use good quality drywall fasteners.

One-piece attachment, heavy-duty metal! Made in the USA! Don't buy cheap plastic from China! I like that the mount has a wire hole unlike other mounts. I hooked my Onkyo 7.1 Surround Sound System to it. The front speakers weighed just over 5kg and didn't sag. They're a bit wasteful, but worth every penny!

I really liked these mounts. Obviously they are sturdy and well designed, made from high quality materials and contain many small screws and parts needed to hold them. Unfortunately my wife didn't like the "speakers sticking out of the wall". These fixtures stick out a good 4 inches or so which clearly didn't go with the living room decor. Sigh. Still five stars. It's not Panavise's fault, my wife doesn't like that the house looks like an audio visual store.

I bought a pair of these for the rear speakers in my HT setup. I was a bit wary of the cheaper mounts and they weren't overly expensive but proved to be well made and perfect for my use. Basically a metal construction with mounting screws and dowels, they hold my Polk OWM3 well. The Polk is listed at 4.4 lbs each and the Panavise mounts are rated for a maximum weight of 8 lbs. I personally wouldn't want to go much over 5lbs as I think it might be too big for the ball joint, but if your speakers

This is an all metal construction to mount your speakers to. After looking at all the other options, these fit the bill. I wanted to install an old set of Boston Acoustic Micro 90X speakers. These speakers are made from a single piece of aluminum and weigh just over 6.5 pounds.
