We used them to easily run cables along ceilings and walls in a garage (attached to drywall). Worked well for our needs while we only used it for power cords for lights and smaller cords. They hold/hang smaller power cords but do not support thicker 3-prong extension cords. For larger cords and three-prong extension cords, use the loop mount with screws. We ended up using a mix of both.

They worked well for several cable applications including R6 coax behind my TV, some Christmas lights in the yard and an orange extension cord. One star deducted because the nails get smaller with the size of the clip, so the smaller the clip, the smaller the nail. That means the smallest clamps have tiny nails that barely bite into the surface you drive them into. Otherwise they work great.

Velcro seems to be the solution to the problem of routing cables along the baseboard. But these clips lose their grip over time and the cable falls off.
