Works for me but my dogs don't respond at all. I find the metal contact points don't go through the hair even when I tighten the collar and use a larger set of conductive silicone caps. I trimmed the collars so I cannot return them. Be sure to try them on before you cut off any excess material from the collar.

We've had these 3 months and now they're useless. The pins fell out one by one no matter how tight I held them. I've tried replacements and they don't fit! I even cross referenced to make sure I bought the right ones. Now they are useless. Don't waste your money, buy a good system like Garmin.

Battery life is great, I forgot to charge the collars 2 days in a row and they still have a charge to keep going. I just received these collars so this is a VERY preliminary review. So far I'm happy with them. They appear to be a quality product and appear to be durable. The waterproof charging port cover feels solid and looks like it could be removed and replaced over time. It's a bit bulky for a small dog, but most of them are.
