These are the best collars in my opinion. The battery life is exceptional. We use weeks without reloading. Maybe even more than a month. One of my dogs swims with him in the pool daily and he still holds on. I love that you can beep or vibrate before actually using the shock. One of my dogs responds immediately to a beep. Never had to shock her. The other is a little more stubborn, but the beep is still a big warning to her. The only reason I had to buy another set was because I lost my charger. I never have to charge them because they last forever so it's easy to lose something you'll never need. I wish they only sold the charger but these collars are so cool it doesn't hurt to have a spare. Also, it's hard to say that sometimes my shepherds wear them because their hair covers them. They are neither small nor bulky. Perfect size for a German Shepherd.
