I love how easy it was for me to get my clients information into one place! It's so much easier than having all their info scattered around in different places!! I like how easy it is to use. It's so simple to set up your account for clients and have all their data in one place. There are many other companies out there but this website allows you more control over everything about the client instead just having their info filled into fields by an employee or assistant. I love how easy it is to use and how it allows me to manage all of our clients. I haven't found anything that I don't like about the software. I wish there was the ability to send an invoice directly through the software instead of having to do it through the website. I also wish that there was a way to send clients reminders for services that have been overdue. I like how easy it was for me to learn with this application. It's user friendly! Nothing in particular at this time, but maybe if there were more options available to create different types of accounts for users (i.e., admin/front desk). We use this to keep track of our daily schedule as well as make sure we are keeping up with any changes within each facility. I like how it makes everything very organized and easy for everyone in my company and our customers! There are so many tools available at your fingertips with this program making keeping track of things such as invoices and deposits much easier than before! It also helps us make sure all information we need from our clients is present easily once they come into or email is sent out. Everything runs smoothly without any hiccups but if there's anything I do dislike about PawSadmin its the pricing
