Reliable, high-performance power supply

This is a great power supply that will meet all your needs, whether you are working with an electric motor, speakers or anything that requires a voltage of up to 30V or more. a bit like .5v. I'm planning to use this to run a home made wood lathe and with a built in potentiometer I can change the voltage to change the speed. The set is easy to assemble according to the description photo. The adjustment is excellent and precise. It is designed for use without a case and is difficult to install in a case with access to the display, buttons and potentiometers. However, it is very useful as is. The quality is very good and well thought out. I used this to upgrade a power supply I built years ago and it didn't regulate well. It's a "kit" in the sense that you screw the fan to the back cover, connect the fan, and screw the front and back covers to the board. No assembly instructions are provided, but the photos in the documents (which can be downloaded online) are enough to show you how to put it together. Great little power module!

This buck converter can have many applications. It is well built and has many features. There are 2 ways to power the device. The input power is displayed on the LCD. The display can be changed to show output power and current. You can easily switch between watts and amps on the display. I have noticed that the displayed power output differs slightly from what is displayed on my multimeter. This is a small amount and should not pose a problem. Works great!: Power Converter

This buck-boost (boost or buck) regulator works well. I am very happy with it. For testing I chose a 12 volt FM radio set to 5 watts of radio frequency per transmission. The first test I ran was a simulated car alternator outputting excessive voltage, I used 15.1 volts. The regulator automatically went into buck mode and lowered the voltage to the 13.0 volts I set. I set the transmitter to 5 watts RF and the regulator provided 12.9V at 3.6A. It worked great. It worked great in buck mode, but…

Replaces an ugly 5kg bench. Small reservations only.

Bought to replace a humming desktop power supply with a large transformer. I didn't really have to replace it, but I love having the workbench back. And this device performs better in terms of performance and accuracy (but check the caveats). Note. If it's _a_ replacement for a desktop power supply, you still need to supply DC power.
