Easy App with good customer service and helpful staff

It's easy to use from both end of provider & patients point view! We have an excellent relationship between our organization as well us being able to see each other very easily compared to some others where you may not even know who your doctor or nurse are until after they've been there 30 min if that!! Not much really - it works great but I wish we could send pictures directly through instead having go back home then come here again so this option would be ideal :) Great system overall just…

Great benefits through perfectserve - easy connection between customer & provider

PerfectServe is a great resource for our organization. The ability to connect with the right person at the right time is a huge benefit. We are able to quickly and easily change providers and access information about them. The interface is not always very intuitive, and the training is not always very thorough. Easy to Use, Excellent Features: PerfectServe

I like that there are many different ways you can use it (phone calls/texting), plus all emails have an option if they want video or not! It's also easy enought anyone who doesn't know how computers work could figure out within minutes of using this app as well!! Sometimes when adding people from my personal phone number list into our group calendar would freeze up but now we don;' t encounter anymore freezes so i guess their were issues before?? Like others said - just give trial version first
