Ordered the wrong unit after 30 days with a return date

I bought this for my pup and was waiting for her to grow up to wear it. Disable the feature that works for my already existing two invisible railings. I hope they will let me come back even though my return date has already passed. Never used but opened.

Very limited above ground range

This collar will work with my invisible fence but only if the transmitter is no more than 4 inches off the ground. If you have a very small dog I think this collar will work. But it doesn't work on my labrador. It's too high (head is at least 12 inches off the ground) and can cross the border with this collar without beeping or banging.

This is the third IV collar purchased by Revain and .

This is the third IV collar purchased from Revain and this one has lasted less than 6 months. Is there a way to get a replacement? It just stopped working and my mini pinscher happily runs without it but it's getting too expensive to keep them in the garden. Please let me know if I have a guarantee or if it can be replaced for free as it took less than 6 months.

This is rubbish and could kill your dog!

I've had five of these for two dogs over the last few years. They just stop working after a while. The last one I bought broke after a few weeks. The low battery indicator came on, I put in a new battery and it lasted about a week and then started blinking again. Now I have to make my way to get my money back under the guarantee. I can't let my dogs get out and get hit by a car, so no more. I went back to the Invisible Fence even though they are significantly more expensive ($250). The rate at…

Not recommended for Smart Dogs

I bought my Brittany pup a progressive collar, when he grows up I'll need something stronger. As far as I can tell it beeps once when approaching and then again. If he gets too close to him, the 3rd horn and the 4th horn will hit him. This way, if he walks over the wire and goes far enough, the collar won't be able to tell he's outside the "fence" and just beep. Good collar --- READ UPDATE

So far so good, we just checked out our invisible fence line as it was there when we moved. We really didn't want to spend $250 to buy their collars, so we were glad to find this collar at Revain. We have two Spitz and a lab mix. The collar is a little bulky for our pom poms, but it's only a 0.1 ounce difference compared to Invisible Fence's MicroLite collar, so we just make sure to take them off the pom poms when they come back. much extra "strap" when adjusting the collars, but again there…
