THIS ITEM Broke within 2 weeks of use

At first my dog had no problem with steps. As I was walking down it, one of the folding metal arms broke off the plastic step, throwing my dog off the step and onto the sidewalk. The dog was much lighter than a support product.

Ideal for large dogs. Very durable.

This step is ideal for large dogs. My bed is quite high and I have a dog with knee problems. I keep this step at the foot of my bed and she uses it to get up and down. It is very durable. When she's away with her dad for a few days, it's easy to pack up her things and crawl under the bed.

  • Delivery was very fast

Best Step Ramp for Dogs

A little awkward to carry and set up but our dogs love them. Both young and old dogs with short legs and jumping problems were able to use the step ramp to get in and out of our group even though it was high up over the hill. Worked great for dirt camping and at home. Everyone else had a big bias. Dogs have no problem stepping on the boarding and disembarking steps. Have a 120 lb dog that keeps up well.

Pros
  • Sturdy construction
Cons
  • Modern

My dog loves these stairs.

These standing ramps (I call them ladders) are wide enough for my 50 pound dog to comfortably turn on and climb at his own pace. He's young and smart so I got this item on a Friday and worked with him and our older dog for about 15 minutes to make them both comfortable. On Sunday, the younger dog climbed on it like he had used it all his life. He still needs a little inspiration in the mornings, but I think it's because he's comfortable in bed and doesn't really want to get up. But he goes down

Pros
  • Pleasant to use
Cons
  • Vulgarity

Overall it does what I want

I have a 60 lb dog with some back problems so I bought this so he can get in and out of my bed with little effort. The stages work as intended and she loves them, but I've found the hard way that there's a small spot that if you press it will slam the whole thing down like a bear trap. Luckily I don't think a dog can repeat what I accidentally did with my hand so it's not dangerous for him but definitely dangerous for anyone leaning on this thing. And since it's quite big, you can't help but…

Our dog loves it on the car ramps

We have recently changed the beds in our grandchildren's room and the new beds were too high for our 90 lb dog due to his hip problems and knee problems could climb on it . That solved the problem and now she can walk up and down easily and we don't have to worry about her getting hurt. We leave it there all the time so she can get in and out of bed. Installation was easy but bulky and very large, but we needed something strong enough to withstand everyday use and that's about it. It may be too

  • Very good value

Goes perfectly with our aging German shepherd

These ladders are ideal for animals with hip and hindquarter problems. We recently bought an SUV with an exceptionally high rear entry. Our new car is too big for our 11 year old shepherd to put his paws on, let alone jump into. The product is well made, very durable and from day one our dog had no problem using the ladder to get straight into the car. He didn't even hesitate. I find it a bit awkward to fold, it gets easier with practice, but it's not an instant set and close item. It's quite…

Steps are perfect for our use

Bought the carpeted version and it's a hit with dogs! Wide enough, long enough and perfect for dogs to get into the back of my pickup/van (30" tailgate height). I use these with two rottweilers and they were easy to get onto the back of the truck after a few training sessions, a little awkward if you take them to get them to their destination but i bought them mainly to help them sit down and get up after the daily drive from the truck in my garage so it works for us, agree others that a handle

Pros
  • Great overall performance
Cons
  • Not reliable

Free Standing Folding Pet Ladder LOVE Pet Gear in the Morning

I purchased this product to help our elderly dog with arthritis get into bed better. She jumps easily, but it's best to fully support her. That being said, I wasn't sure if she would miss all of that, but with practice and training, she's put it to good use. We chose to position it widthwise at the bottom of the bed, but it works easily the other way as well. We used to have a small ladder and it was too easy to jump over and maybe harder to jump over. managing her since she weighs over 70…
