Sometimes it works, sometimes not!

PRO: easy to set up. Remote activation of lights and ringer is a great idea. Cons: Doesn't show any of our neighborhood walks on the map. I don't think it will work when I need it to find my lost dog. The seller didn't respond to my help request, so I'm reposting the request here to either help the community or the seller. I was actually looking for a product that simply attaches to a dog's collar and communicates directly with my phone, but the additional device (controller) isn't too tiring. For the most part, however, installation and pairing were straightforward. Initially there was a small problem with the pairing. Charge the battery every night and with daily charging it works surprisingly well!

I am not a paid reviewer, I bought this unit for my Border Collie as she seriously does not want to cross the road in BLM while chasing deer. We live on land. Yes, you really should take it off and charge it at night because it works hard all day to connect to the GPS, but the point here is that it WORKS. I received this GPS tracker in the mail a few days ago and am impressed by the quality of the devices. The app is easy to install and use, and I had no trouble syncing the tracker and receiver to my phone via Bluetooth. I was excited about this product as my dog loves to run around and we live in a rural wooded area. So far I'm disappointed that the tracker loses connection very easily.
