We bought this once when we only had one dog. We decided to buy a second one when we got a second dog. We have received the device and the new collar is set to the 3rd setting with no change option. And unlike the first purchase, we only received short damper pins and one replacement, not the set of 2 that would have been required if they were lost somehow. Dissatisfied with the second purchase.

When the product was first unpacked it worked great. Excellent dog Responsive and good in training. However, when it came time to charge the device, it wouldn't charge. Both physical devices were no longer stressed, rendering the product invalid. I thought it might be a problem with the charger so I ordered a new charger and the same. It's sad because the product worked great but if you can't charge your devices then you're missing the point.

Purchased 23rd July 2020 Loved playing in the water. Very impressed, bought to replace another collar that only lasted 60 days. On October 7, 2020, the collar began beeping randomly. I thought it was the lack of charge. Even when fully charged, the collar will only beep. I will keep looking for the best collar. I like it very much. Works after immersion in salt water. No problems after 4 months of sporadic but frequent use. Take the collar off, turn it off when not needed and the battery will last a long time. I've had several of these over the years, the first being waterproof. Love it.
