My dogs didn't really like this food. At first they ate little and it seemed to make them a little constipated. I mixed some other food with it and it was better.

My dog has skin problems (yeast) so I've started eliminating grains from her diet. It helped a little, but after an allergy test showed he was allergic to peas, I started looking for a quality grain-free, pea-free dog food. It was one of the few I could find. He really likes the taste and keeps his skin in tip-top shape.

I bought the whitefish formula. It smelled from the start but my dog went crazy over it. I swear it smells like cardboard. First he asked for this food. He seemed to have more energy. About halfway to the bag he lost interest. He won't eat it again unless I add Honest Kitchen canned or dry food to him. Its shedding is terrible. The ingredient list looks great, but it's no use if my dog won't even eat it without adding anything else.
