Type of review

I'm pleased I went with these tires since I'm thrilled with them right now. Although I think that they should have been quieter, the soundproofing in my car allows me to overlook this. Despite the numerous bad evaluations I read, the notion that leading manufacturers favor P Zero (including my car) held sway. I believe that the issue for many is that their tires are either very old or were entirely purchased used.

Pros
  • The golden mean is actually moderately soft and fairly firm. I drive a 265/40/20 Audi S8. Although the driving style isn't overly aggressive, it may occasionally be rather dynamic, and the tires can perform well in a variety of modes. I debated for a very long time before deciding on the Pirelli P Zero (despite many reviews), and I'm pleased I did. New tires, 48 weeks in 2022, placed on March 20, 2017.
Cons
  • Several days after installation, I discovered a self-tapping screw. Even on dry pavement, it doesn't hold up well in cold weather (there have been frosts as low as -7 degrees). However, this scarcely seems to be a result of the drawbacks of tires.

The product is really good, Im glad I bought it.

My only complaint is the weak sidewall. Pros below: Holds well in corners, on acceleration, when braking. On wet roads or in a rut, I did not notice any problems. But I have a car with all-wheel drive, 230 hp. Rubber on all wheels is the same, 255.35. R19 96Y Some cons: Slightly rubbed against the curbs a couple of times, as a result, the sidewall is torn (but not through), shreds of rubber dangle from the side, which is annoying. On regular (not low-profile) tires, there have never been such…

Disgusting, will never recomend it for anybody!

These tires came with the purchase of a new vehicle. I was taken aback on the very first day when I realized that in order to maintain the car's normal path, I was going to have to stick to a rut. The term that comes to mind is not surprised... hung on to the steering wheel so they wouldn't be thrown from the vehicle. I didn't waste any time and drove straight to the dealership; obviously, something was wrong with the vehicle. My automobile came out of the factory with three tires already…

Pros
  • There are no obvious advantages to this!
Cons
  • Doesn't like even a small rut! It is not a pleasant experience to ride on it!

I bought these tires for the second time last summer. I bought it in the spring, when there was the most excitement with prices, so the budget was exceeded. But I don’t save on buying tires, especially since I know my driving style, I like to sink. Got pros: Confident grip, informative and clear taxiing, does not blunt during acceleration, slows down stably. Has cons: More expensive, but still worth the money. You should not save on rubber, safety is more important.

Not the best quality, but generally not bad.

Stood from the factory on a BMW 740d xdrive in size 245\50\18 Run Flat. Pleasant rides on smooth dry and wet asphalt. She forgave me any holes and open wells, there is also the merit of the original discs, I think some kind of Replika would not have survived this. In any, be it a small or deep track, the steering wheel must be held firmly and throws with both hands otherwise. In puddles, even those that form in ruts during rain over 1 cm deep, it is dangerous to exceed the speed of 80 km /…

Pros
  • dry asphalt. Wet asphalt. Resistant to hernias and ruptures. Not very noisy. Ran Flat.
Cons
  • Rutting. Extremely early hydroplaning. Wear resistance. Mega heavy. Rigid.

car Mercedes w212 tires of different width low profile 245/40 and rear 265/35 R18. The most important plus of rubber is the grip in corners and on acceleration. Just on the edge of fantasy. Holds until the very end. On ordinary rubber, it would have already gone into a ditch on the ring, then the rubber whistles and you add more gas to it, but it continues to hold on! There are practically no rolls. But all good things come with a price. Basically a problem of dimension and our roads. It's easy

Pros
  • excellent grip lateral demolition holds to the last. Especially on hot, when the asphalt temperature is over 25 degrees. Acceleration on the rear wheel drive without a hint of axle boxes.
Cons
  • Hydroplaning already after 20 wear and at speeds over 80 km. H. They wear out pretty quickly (although the style is not retired). Abs brakes too early (maybe the brake system is to blame). I caught a hernia, but it did not disperse in a year. Expensive. Noisy, harsh (see comment)

It's impossible to use, don't waste your money.

Haven't seen better tires. Minor bumps in the road, ruts, potholes and .! Road markings affect the trajectory! He pulls the steering wheel out of his hands, changing the pressure in the tires does nothing. It is on a Mercedes 221, a friend of a neighbor also has a Mercedes with the same rubber - the result is the same. There is a desire to put a representative of the Pirelli company behind the wheel so that the day rides. We throw it away . On ebay, whoever buys does not envy - but I warned

Pros
  • Brand
Cons
  • Rutting, demolition

The quality is at the highest level, be sure to try it.

This will be the third summer at R Zero. Very happy that I purchased them. BMW behaves confidently on roads with defects: the sidewall holds potholes very well at speed, the car does not feel the rut, and you change lanes very accurately at speed. I was very pleased with the hook - excellent acceleration without grinding, from high speed they brake by 5+++. Became available turns at speed, does not blow. In terms of noise, I can’t say that it doesn’t exist, but it is not critical - these tires…

Pros
  • precise control, hold the blow, good directional stability
Cons
  • They are not here

The best thing I've ever used, I recommend it to everyone!

This rubber is not for pensioners to go slowly for groceries or to the country a couple of times a week. This rubber loves speed and, in fact, it was with this sight that he took it. In the spring, in the mornings at temperatures up to +10, it is harsh. In warm weather, it shows itself perfectly from the first minute I went. Works wonders at speed. On a flat road it goes confidently, like a locomotive on rails. Stable in turns. Feels very high - you feel confident behind the wheel, you do not…

Pros
  • Excellent behavior at high speeds - gives a feeling of confidence and comfort.
Cons
  • At a price off budget

The quality is fine, it's fine to use.

I've been driving them for two months, 245/40 R18 97Y. Very noisy, on the water, especially in a rut, uncontrollable, on a dry rut, the steering wheel always pulls out, also when braking. Recently, at 80 km / h in the dark, I did not notice the junction of the removed asphalt, the result is a hernia. Fortunately, the discs are original, otherwise they would have bent.

Pros
  • Price, dry asphalt
Cons
  • Noisy, dry, hydroplaning, ruts

Its impossible to use it, dont waste your money.

It's not rubber, it's steel. I support the proposal to put a representative of Pirelli behind the wheel so that he travels for a couple of hours at a speed of more than 80 km / h. For the next couple of hours, with trembling hands, he will not even be able to light a cigarette. Dancing with a tambourine to find the optimal pressure/setting angles will only turn the ride from disgusting to downright bad. But it doesn't matter, because 15 tons before the cord on the drive wheels is easy, and I…

Reliable purchase, guaranteed to be a good purchase.

Now everything is in more detail. Auto: BMW X5 E70. Aero kit around and arch extensions. Casting 9.5J - front, 10J - rear. Summer tires were the same size, also ranflat, winter tires were slightly wider on Continental spikes (see review). So the choice began with the search and analysis of tests on the Internet, it is clear that some of them were bought, but nevertheless, the Pirelli P Zero was also the leader in them. Manufacturer, characteristics, tests and of course the price, then order

Pros
  • 2022 winner in this line. Impressive grooves against hydroplaning. Reinforced outer edge for corner entry. Runflat, I consider it a virtue. Wear index 220. Speed up to 270 km / h. The price is just acceptable.
Cons
  • Hard as plastic. Mega runflat. Heavy 17 kg. Rut, grabs any bend in the road and turns the steering wheel. Noisy. Sensitive, even a small stone on the road is felt.

Best I have ever used, great product for anyone!

French Michelin or German Continental? Or maybe Pirelli? After some disputes and doubts, the moment of truth came: "Lekson" bought into the products of the Italian brand Pirelli. Because the poppy Michelin and Continental are pretty tired. And the price for four pieces of rubber is sometimes somehow inadequate. The British Pirelli P Zeros went great on the IS III. Yes, it is British - Pirelli also has a factory there. My car is rear wheel drive. That's why the tires should be different widths.

Pros
  • On the rear wheel drive, the hook is important. Pirelli has no problem with this: thanks to the Italian asymmetric pattern, the longitudinal three channels. Of course, in wet weather, RWD behaves more boldly and here you need to turn your head. But the 275/30s in the rear try to cling to the surface as much as possible, giving more confidence than anyone else. And of the others, I also had ContiSportContact and even the Chinese Triangle. There is something to compare with!
Cons
  • Noisy for my size. The front axle wears shoes in size 245/35 R19, while the fatter rear axle wears 275/30. With such a set, of course, you do not need to expect complete silence in the cabin of the Lexus IS III. It is better to add soundproofing to the floor and everything will be superb.

On the previous car, I skated 52022 on them in 3 years, they were allowed to maneuver at speed as if you were driving a top sports car. They stop in their tracks, even from 150. They cut the water so that they need to be sunk to the surface, or when wear is already coming to an end, you need to look there, not without it. This year I took new ones, but the old ones are also still alive, I sold them to taxi drivers for a dock. Pirelli was pleased with an additional guarantee for a year, the…

Pros
  • safety, sharp steering, strong
Cons
  • didn't notice

Great value for money, one of the best offers.

now auto Mercedes 221 "sparks" Pirelli P Zero: front 245/45/R19, rear 275/40/R19. there used to be a bmw 745 (e65) with the same tires . a lot has been written about rutting . dear gentlemen, you need to properly do the wheel alignment / camber on the car . when you do not put the standard tires, but you do the wheel alignment / camber according to the standard parameters - the car will look for a track even where there is none :- ))

Pros
  • holds the road well, including in corners at speed, handling is excellent at all speeds
Cons
  • rubber is really prone to hydroplaning, it was tested in 2022 on the Simferopol highway (Hong Kong-Hong Kong): in heavy rain, the speed was 130-140, it was dangerous to go faster . to be honest, I don’t know if this is a disadvantage or an advantage .

My size is 245/55/R19 on the Audi Allroad A6. Rubber is regularly put on a car - it means a strong middle peasant, nothing more. There aren't many good ones in my size. Some pros: Road holding is very good. Worn out quickly - ran 20-25 thousand, it was enough for 3 years. But this is more due to the nature of the ride. Has some cons: keeps average in puddles. at good speed, hydroplaning is barely felt, but caught by the steering wheel. in ruts it is carried out like ordinary rubber. I can't…

It's not a bad product, but I expect more.

Different pros: Excellent road holding, both dry and wet. Doesn't make noise. Brakes great at any speed. Not as hard as you expect from sports rubber (225.45. R17 94Y), while a strong sidewall - no hernias for 30 thousand mileage in 2022 Its cons: Increased wear - the front wheels for 30 thousand were erased to zero in the center (although the car is front-wheel drive and 260hp), the rear wheels are 50% worn He doesn't like puddles very much - aquaplaning starts early, which is dangerous afte

Revainrating 2 out of 5

It is impossible to use, a bad product.

Went with standard tires for Mercedes GL, 295/40 R21. Rubber disgusting, track does not hold at all. The car throws terribly, it's just dangerous to drive above 100 km / h. I drove the same sections of the road in the winter to Nokian - I was amazed at how obediently and calmly the car was going. So it's all about Pirelli. All friends on Mercedes also wildly scold this rubber. The second drawback is that it has worn out almost to zero in one summer.

Pros
  • Didn't find
Cons
  • Doesn't hold the wheel at all.
