This machine is very easy to use, no complicated procedures to copy CDs or DVDs. Just follow the OSD and that's it! Also not very loud.GFE

This copier would be a great product, but it's not compatible with my Mac. The description doesn't tell you that until I open the product and read the description inside. I didn't use duplicate. That's such a good price.

We received this while conducting our adult certification courses and handing out class information discs to students in each class to use as reference discs . This is a quick way to duplicate discs. I will never go back to making them individually on a computer. This saves time and lives. Too bad we didn't get it years ago. For its weight in gold!

It's a pleasure to work with the technical support team. After a few initial stumbling blocks (my work is copyrighted so I wanted to make copy protected discs which meant a small workaround - no big deal, they talked me over the phone) I can now easily and skillfully make copies. The car is quiet. The machine is easy to use. He just sits on the table next to my desk and does his thing.

Bought last month. I've only burned 100 discs and one of the drives is already failing. Also, I've found that on long runs, if you just keep popping in new discs without restarting the UI, each burn session gets noticeably longer (e.g. an extra 15-20 minutes). Just make sure to press "esc" after each time you insert discs into the tray, then press "ent" to start the next batch (so that all drives close at once).

The fact that this device can make five DVD copies at once is great. I do a lot of "home" video shoots like Boy Scouts and Eagles Courts of Honor, school performances, family reunions, etc. and being able to release five original DVDs at once makes my time more efficient. In my latest project, the Boy Scout Eagle Court of Honor for 10 Scouts, I gave each Scout 10 extra discs and sent another 25, also extra, to the Scout Master to work with the Scouts and share memories of their big day. .
