Surprisingly, the build quality isn't up to par. You can press down on the area slightly and it flexes slightly, which happens whenever you need to secure the hub by hand since the device is so can simply be slid into the sides. My first unit had some issues but I still give it a 5 star rating. Why? Because Plugable has impeccable customer service and because the replacement they sent me after SEVERAL personal email responses to technical queries has been reliable for almost 2 years. This company obviously cares about their product and making sure what you receive works exactly as intended. Even for a techie like me, there's a bit of a learning curve, especially since there's no documentation included with the package.

A while back I ordered a "USB 2.0 to Ethernet Fast 10/100 LAN Pluggable Wired Network Adapter" compatible with an old ROKU TV, which had no RJ45 LAN port.
