An easy way to create a batting table

This is a fun and easy project. After I made the table top I took it to work to show my friends and a few people asked if I could make one for them. It will be a good gift.

Pros
  • Alright!
Cons
  • ill thought out

Beautiful little centerpiece

This is the fast frog. It's easy to make and quite small in size. The multicolored leaves look very interesting. In the middle circle there is enough space to place a flower vase or a large candle.

Pros
  • Another folded and sewn project for gifts and also for your own table
Cons
  • There are more interesting options.

Unique tabletop

I took the advice of reading the instructions and using paper to create a pattern. This helped clarify how the fabric crowns the shape. It's beautiful and I love how different it is from other table and countertop rails I've made in the past that have been hexagonal or rectangular.

Pros
  • Sew together to reveal side leaves
Cons
  • Thin

I like the finished product, but I find the pattern too expensive. Basically you will be given instructions on how to complete the piece and a paper printout of the pattern which you will need to transfer onto a plastic template (not included and sold separately) and cut out. The fold and stitch elements are quite expensive to make if you buy the pattern and everything you need to make it. However, I have to say that I think the finished product is very nice and the instructions are detailed…

Pros
  • Unleash your creativity with this nature-inspired 17-dimensional countertop.
Cons
  • You could choose a newer model.
