This is the transition to the tailgate lock if you need power locks

Easy to install. It's noisy, but at least you can hear it lock and unlock so you know it's working. I dyed mine black because it was half the price of the black ones. I feel so much safer when I can lock my bed

I'm glad I chose the FOB truck coded key block

I'm glad I chose the FOB truck coded key block. More work to get under the truck and route the wiring but well worth it. The manufacturer's YouTube video helps, but follow the written instructions if they updated them.

Replacement of the previous model.

After the previous model was installed, replacing it with this one was easy! My old one was damaged/broken when thieves broke into my locked collapsible van and stole my tools I was carrying. The design has worked great for me in the past and continues to work. highlighted.

confusing wiring instructions

I ended up cutting an extra wire due to unclear instructions. It took me a while to understand what the person who wrote the guide had in mind. If it is connected properly, it works stably. Somewhat loud footstep sound but useful to know when it's locked or unlocked. I still have poor hearing. I give 5 stars, you 4.5 is fair to me.

Great that there is an electric locking option and no need for a separate key

Very happy I bought an electric lock that also works with the car's factory key. Super comfortable. I have a resealable tonneau lid that already has a separate key, so it's great that I don't need a *3.* unique key.
