I love this dog bed/house

I love this dog bed/house! I was concerned when I bought it because half of the reviews thought it was big enough for my dog and the other half said it was too small even for toy breeds. My Jack Russell weighs 15-16 pounds. and is very comfortable. First I had to persuade her because she wasn't used to crawling through small cracks. After I opened the roof, it became much more convenient for her to explore the kennel, and now she goes there when she wants to take a nap. I really have to put it…

The best purchase I have ever made for my puppies!

Of all the things I've ever bought for my dogs, this 'house' dog bed was their favorite. This is my 9-10 lb Papillon's favorite place to hang out in the evenings and sometimes my 8 lb pom shih mix will join her and they fight to kick the other out which becomes a feast of games . It's been 2 years now and he's still in great shape, even though they're fighting over him (literally over - as in "on top"!). He is not hard, very soft, but strong. You can flatten it slightly to fit somewhere, or…

Fiberglass interior pole and other choking hazards

At first we really liked this house and it was perfect for our girls. It comes with a pole that we thought was just plastic that goes into the center of the "roof" to support it. This is the only really load bearing part as the house is held up when zipped up. However, tonight our pups decided to rip off part of the pole (which is easily accessible). They gnawed off the end of the staff, which was detachable on both sides and about the size of an easy-to-swallow pill, and exposed the end of the

Inferior Quality

I am a little disappointed with this purchase. I purchased this product from the same company a little over a year ago and it was well made and the latch on the top was secure (while removing easily enough for washing). I recently bought another one for a new dog (not that the last one wore out) and its quality has gone down A LOT! The edges of the kennel are rising; The roof pole doesn't stay secure so it comes out all the time and I'm worried about my dogs hurting it and it's not that strong.

2 out of 4 dogs agree

I made a sheepskin cover for the inner pillow because it was so slippery and slippery. With that one change, this homemade dog bed has become a favorite with 2 of my 4 dogs - 2 of the smallest. It's ok because I have a lot of dog beds and if only one dog liked it that would do. .I liked it because it's big enough that the only dog that likes to climb dog mats can't climb up and crush it like what I got from Aldi (I fixed it by putting poles in the corners used). Dogs have favorite beds, and…

HOME, SWEET HOME, finally my own home!

After reading the reviews I thought it would be sooooo small even for my Morkie daughters but it is amazing in every way. The opening is larger than a carry-on (perfect size to provide the privacy a dog desires) and the material is sooo smooth and cool to the touch, it's lightweight and beautifully finished with a top zip closure. It doesn't tip over when he walks in, and it's the perfect spot for a private getaway. The pillow is unattached and stays in place and you can flip it to change…
