Type of review

Perfect for so many different Physical Therapy Exercises, balance and Stability. I also use it at the my table and desk, as an ergonomic foot rest. It is helpful for foot and ankle exercises, while I sit. It does come fully assembled, with an sheet of some exercises. You do not need to inflate anything. There are so many more ways to use it, other than what is on the sheet.It is super sturdy. I am really happy with it.

So great! Especially for kids!

These are study enough for many adults and bigger kids. I weigh around 200 lbs and felt confident in the sturdiness of the boards. I bought four to use as a station in my extended day program and the kids have absolutely enjoyed them! The bottom has a rubber gripping on the bottom which has not damaged the real hard wood flooring in the historic building we use. Super pleased!

Sturdy balance board

Basic but robust balance board. Good tool for learning to keep balance during simple exercises or while standing at a workstation or just watching TV. Not lightweight.

Works well! in my review

I’m recovering from a total knee replacement. While in physical therapy I used a much more expensive version of a wobble board. Since it wasn’t easy for me, I decided to continue practicing and decided to get this wobble board.I have to say I’m surprised by how much I like it! Plus, I’ve improved greatly! It is sturdy and functions exactly as advertised.

Love this Balance Board!

Love this balance board! Eventhough a totally different style, it's pretty much on par with the one I used at physical therapy. Easy to carry and lightweight to pack for travel too.
