Works great with jig accessories

Works great. Nothing more to say. That's not really what he should be doing! We use it in a commercial/industrial setting and it's holding up great.

terrible mud for hand and power tools

Lots of mud! the tolerances are far from where they should be for a finished groove. Total waste of money, either do it yourself or keep buying

There is something wrong with this jig when tightening the guide.

Something is wrong with this template, the guides still move when you tighten the guide screw. I used an older version of this template with additional clamp screws on the rails. I don't know how else to do without it

Poor quality power tool parts and accessories

This product is poorly designed. The part I received had parts that did not match the units. Parts don't fit and move. I wanted to return this product, unfortunately my technique. didn't look at him when he came and it's too late to go back. I would not recommend this product to anyone looking to do quality work. VERY disappointed that Porter Cable is making a product like this.

Porter Cable should be ashamed.

I've used much older versions of this template and they were great. I read negative reviews about the new ones, but still decided to give it a try. If you are considering a purchase, DO NOT. The negative reviews are correct. The thing is complete garbage. Fragile, poorly formed, unstable, sloppy and loose after you adjust it to the size you need for the route. For $250 it's a complete scam. For $2.50 it would be a complete rip off. Porter Cable, what the hell are you thinking? If I could leave…

New Sloppy and USEFUL! I'm not sure if the manufacturer understands what the milling jigs/templates are like.

I have several Porter cable tools that I really like. However, this template is a complete piece of junk. I didn't read any of the reviews when I ordered this because I was sure of the brand of porter cable and thought it would be fine. Well I was very disappointed to say the least. After receiving it and seeing that it was rubbish I went back and read the reviews and most seemed to agree. Firstly, installing it close to where you want to cut is almost impossible.
