I like that it's easy to use, has many features for tracking and reporting of mailings. It is also very customizable which makes it perfect if you have specific needs. There are some limitations with the software such as not being able to track more than one mailing at once or only having access via an internet browser instead of desktop application. I love that you can bulk mail just about any type of mailing list without having to go through an agency or other third party service provider, which is great! It's also easy for me as it saves time in creating my own lists from scratch each month rather than using one provided by our marketing department (which we don't have much control over).
