I was glad to have the complete kit. I didn't have to replace the springs, but the pins holding the shoes did have to be replaced, which would have required a set of springs. So I swapped the springs and everything. I'm glad to have the complete set.

I ordered two drums and a pair of shoes. I was hesitant to order from this company after reading the negative reviews, but I liked the price. Guilty! Both drums that arrived are not round in several places. I don't want to ask for a replacement as the quality of the part speaks for itself. I give two stars because there were no problems with the brake pads.

Bought them in December and unfortunately got them shipped in March. The product looks great, the price seemed fair and the shipping was fast. The problem I have is that they sent me a pair of incompatible drums as you can see in the photos I have attached. My return period has expired and I hope to resolve the issue with the seller based on this review or I lose $100. I will happily change my rating if and when this issue is resolved as I have purchased many power failure products in the past.

5 holes in the drums, there's no handbrake lever, the springs aren't the same. But for $100 and same day shipping I decided to give it a try. One big thing I wasn't expecting is that this kit includes replaceable self-adjusting screws (aka Torx screws). Left and right have different threads, so compare them carefully to understand correctly. Two sets of self-adjusting screws and springs are in separate bags. I ordered them after hearing the name Power Stop. I figured they couldn't be that bad for $90 but I was wrong. The only good thing about this set is that it comes with all the hardware. But even then the threads on one of the spacer rods were so coarse that it was difficult to screw it in by hand, let alone the thin adjustment lever. Score. No problem (or so I thought) as soon as I got on the track, terrible vibrations and noise started when braking. When I got home I took it apart again to see

The drums were finished to perfection and the new ones could even be easily coated with caliper paint; does not deform at all. The components (springs/star adjusters) turned out to be better quality than what was in my car (most likely factory). I'm glad they included shoe lube as well. There are some extra parts for the Hyundai Accent but I believe that is because the kit fits more than one make of vehicle.
