Powerbuilt 7 Inch Adjustable Spring Purpose Review

Love these pliers - they are very versatile and can be used on many projects. I bought this to remove a garden hose from an outside faucet.

I run a 105 unit complex here in Denver, I carry a small bag with me every day with a couple of wrenches and screwdrivers, 2 weeks ago I finally wore out my self-tightening pliers tried and true 6 years. Sturdy and handy set of pliers. The 7 inch set is the perfect size for most household chores. I liked them so much I bought a second pair to keep in the car. Because it's adjustable, it's always the first pair of pliers I pick up.

They basically work. The design is the same as the old Sears brand, but the quality is not as good. A couple's cheeks do not match. They're not very upset, but either they don't look at them before sending them, or they don't care. I've worn out old Sears after over 25 years of use. I hope these last six months.

I became addicted to self-adjusting pliers after getting some of these original RoboGrips from a TV commercial. I ordered them a size 7 and they are a bit thin. The jaws move slightly when closed and the hand feel/ergonomics aren't that great if you have small hands as the handles are initially very far apart and don't have a bend in them to make them parallel.
