I've had a few of these devices and counted myself lucky if they worked sometimes or worked at all. The most common failure was the failure of several USB ports after a short time. Bought a week ago, looks high quality and is durable enough to withstand extended use. I like the ability to disable individual USB ports that I don't use all the time but that I can still connect devices to (USB software licenses, MIDI keyboards, external drives in my case). So that should save me some power and extend the life of these items.

This multidock works like a charm right out of the box. Blue LED indicators let you know if your bets are on. No software installation required. Good product; Excellent purchase. I was looking for a quality USB 3.0 hub, good features, functionality. I liked this one the best and so far it has turned out to be a good choice! I like buttons to turn on and off bus powered devices. Buttons appear to be of good quality. I also appreciate that this device has some appeal for charging phones, at least when connected to a computer. What a great product! I like the on/off switch. I love many ports! Everyone is crazy about how many ports it has! I had no problems with this product! Thanks to the manufacturer for a great product! The only thing it needs are little rubber feet to attach it from below to keep it in place. For those who like lots of ports, I definitely recommend this product.

I've been using this device for over a week now and it's definitely one of the best purchases I've made in a long time. We have a lot of electronics that charge via USB and this allows us not to need a lot of chargers. We charge everything from tablets to PS4 game controllers and Bluetooth headsets. Devices are available again. Three (3) of my previously connected Seagate USB 3.0 8TB drives are no longer recognized due to corrupt Windows drives.
