Used once and broken!

I have read the reviews and most have been positive, my experience is different. I had it for about a month before using it. When I first used it, it worked great. I have hand washed and cleaned. I used it and it warped. Now it's useless and I wasted my money. There are other cherry pits on the market and I definitely cannot recommend this one.

Fast, pitted, clean, dishwasher safe

This is the best kitchen tool I've bought in the last 10 years! You put five cherries in it at once and the seeds will pop out of each cherry! The seeds pop out into the cup below. The best part is that it has a large spatula that is easy to squeeze. Arthritis makes it impossible to use some tools. With this beautiful cherry pit you will have enough cherries to bake a cake in no time! I'm looking for more cherry recipes as I can put 25-30 cherries in it in minutes!

I really wanted to love it. We pass many cherries.

I really wanted to like it. In summer we sort out many cherries and peel them with stones. But maybe less is more in this case. I found that to get the most out of the device, you have to position the cherry perfectly. And even in this case, you only get 4 out of 6, so all you have to do is walk around the punctured and dirty cherry to try and find the stone. A single pitter may seem to last longer, but it actually doesn't.

This product works great

I bought an immersion stoner 'one by one' but it took me quite a while to separate the cherries for jam and it broke after only two seasons gone. I also had to double check almost every cherry to make sure the pit had actually been removed. This stoner removes 6 holes at a time and has a much higher hole removal success rate. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars across the board is that it feels a little flimsy and will likely break with frequent use. But for the money it's worth it to me.

Worth its weight in gold

This is how peeling cherries is so quick and easy! In the last 3 days I've drained about 12 liters (maybe 10 minutes per liter). You need to count each time and make sure there are 6 wells at the bottom of the device. The pits tend to hang down on the cherries, especially on smaller, less ripe cherries and cherries that have been refrigerated. In 12 liters I only had about 10 cherries that kept the pit in the cherry. But I noticed it because I counted the holes. (Of course I sometimes throw the

Great tool for turning life into a bowl (you know)

I've always wanted cherry pits because I can't eat pits and I love cherries. We had the "misfortune" to purchase these at the end of the 2020 cherry season and were only able to purchase a pound of cherries to try. I had the added misfortune that my wife loved the whole staging of red and the crunchy mechanism next to the plate of cherries that was also washed, she grabbed it as soon as I washed it and scrubbed the whole pound myself. Like 2020 itself, it will be "waiting for next year" to try…

Perfect! for kitchen utensils and gadgets

Just cut my first batch of cherries with this. It was easy and quick. Did a very good job. Much better than the much fancier Leifheit, which I also own and have been using for years. Leifhiet is about 75% stoned and squirts juice everywhere. To prevent this I have to put it in the sink and sometimes the cherries get stuck in the pitting mechanism. This one has about 99% speed and the ones he fools around with have a pit taped to the outside of the cherry for you to see. It takes quite a bit of…

This cherry pit is AMAZING!

This cherry pit works really well - even better than I expected. I immediately put a whole bag of cherries in the dehydrator and only missed 2 pits, both of which were in very large cherries that were too big for the cups. The action is solid and doesn't require King Kong's power to push down. As a bonus, after removing the pits, it was very easy to split the cherries in half to dry. For those saying the pit is missing or the cherries are just mashed - you MUST: remove the stems, line up the…

Works great as advertised. My new favorite singletasker.

Just received and I have to say I love it. There are some foods that I love but rarely eat because they require too much work/effort per bite. I'm not talking about prep and cooking, I mean that each bite requires a certain amount of "work" versus "gain" in terms of flavor. Most things with seeds for example. I absolutely hate pitted grapes. Not a big fan of watermelons. One of these foods is my favorite: cherries. I love her. But I don't usually buy them. Why? Because seeds. Simply chew on the
