Strange PETG. It's good PETG, but just as brittle as PLA.

This is PETG but due to the 'ease of printability' and the temperatures required, the prints become brittle like PLA and don't warp like most PETG and co-polys. Anyway, it's easy to print and if you're worried about your teflon tube warping at higher temperatures, don't worry here as the maximum temperature suggested here is 235 as opposed to the usual 70-80 Beds that most co-polys require. Light transmission is the same as other copolymers. Generally a good thread but weak for PETG.

Pros
  • Consumables for 3D Printing
Cons
  • Some small things

difficult to set up a printer, still not sure if i was.

printers: Ender 3 material + glass layer. If you're using the recommended temperatures on the reels, print with LOTS of tension where everything is fine (from what I've read, this is common with most PETG filament). eventually settled to 240 on the nozzle and 78 on the bed. was able to relieve the tension significantly. but most of the layers aren't very strong, don't hold up well. seems more brittle than many PLA brands I've used. The only real use noticing this in prints is just small…

Pros
  • Industrial & Scientific
Cons
  • Not as thick as other

Good PETG. But it's not red. (Clear is better)

These guys make good PETG. Better than I've seen anywhere else I've bought. Red (not red) prints the worst I've seen in the Prima Creator range, but the worst is still very good. It's a little harder to set up. I find it very difficult to reduce the tension than with transparent (it's the best filament I've ever printed). The red isn't quite red either. It's an odd shade of red/orange/pink. I don't know what you would call it, but it's not red. Still, it's a good thread. I did it through a roll

Pros
  • Additive Manufacturing Products
Cons
  • Boring Packaging
