Low-Quality Chrome Pocket Lock Disappoints

This lock is not worth your time or money. The chrome finish is cheap and flakes off easily, leaving you with an eyesore on your door. The installation process is also confusing, and the instructions were not helpful at all. The only pro is that it is affordable, but that is not worth the headache of dealing with a poor quality lock. Overall, I would not recommend this product to anyone in the market for door hardware and locks in Tools and Home Improvement.

Pros
  • Stylish chrome finish adds a polished look to any door.
Cons
  • Requires drilling to install, which may be difficult for some users.

Chrome and quality construction

Very robust construction. Although it is expensive, it definitely looks so high quality. I bought the cheaper ones first and I'm glad we switched to these. 5 minutes DIY with a screwdriver

Will not fit 1-3/4 " door as advertised

This product is sold as fitting a 1-3/4" door. NO, THAT IS NOT SO! Checked and rechecked before purchase. and neither I nor my contractor could assemble it. Unfortunately, the door was cut out for this terrifying piece of horror.
