Efficient and easy to use!

After trying this product, I found it to be perfect for my 3D printing needs. The empty spool is lightweight and mess-free, allowing for seamless printing without any tangled filaments. The compact size also allows for easy storage.

Pros
  • Efficient, easy to use.
Cons
  • None.

Wider than advertised

I didn't have my printer long enough to empty the spool of filament so I bought this empty one. The description states that the width is 63.5 mm (2.5 inches). The spool I received is 69.85mm (2.75 inch). I have a 76.2mm PLA spool that just won't work with my original Snapmaker. This roll has an indentation on one side so I can still use it to transfer PLA from a 3" roll.

Pros
  • Handsfree
Cons
  • Very expensive

This is an empty Inland PLA spool

Not sure why but thought I'd buy a spool that can be unscrewed and placed in a spool of unwound filament, the Inland for 2 Sold $ less than the coiled version (1kg). ) which will save me money in the long run as I print PSA 24/7. Why spend $8 on an empty Inland spool when you can get a spool AND 1kg of thread for $10? Spring. I saw on Thingiverse that you can 3D print boxes to attach to an empty spool of filament - looks like a repurposing in the future.

Pros
  • This is awesome
Cons
  • Some bugs
