Description of 🐦 C & S Products Peanut Nuggets: Convenient Pack of 6 - Ideal Bird Food

High energy food with suet roasted peanuts, great for year round feeding. The suet is blended with other high-oil ingredients and flavors to make these nuggets an instant favorite to suet, fruit or insect-loving birds. Nuggets can be fed alone on a platform feeder, or they may be used in traditional feeders. Ideal for hopper feeders or even certain mesh feeders. Higher fat content gives visiting birds the energy they need for nesting, migration, and wintering over.

Birds (and squirrels) love it

I've fed shelled peanuts to birds and squirrels which they just ate. I also have 3 candied fruit baskets and most birds love them too. I found it interesting, peanut granules. I usually just throw them on the ground, I was wondering if the squirrels would like it and they do. A 15 pound bag of peanuts I bought more than doubled in price, so I decided to look for an alternative. The price for this was very good, which is about what I paid for peanuts. A very good deal.

My birds love it in the cold months

My garden birds and squirrels love it when it gets colder. They prefer a food bowl that they can use to carry a nugget away, but will also peck at the food bowl on the packaging. I find it much nicer to eat a whole nugget alone. They go through stages of cleaning the feeder and then getting tired of too many good things. I have found that my birds have become noticeably stronger from eating which has helped them through the severe cold months. I started mixing them with birdseed and they seem…

Delicious and nutritious hit with birds and squirrels

We've had a very cold winter this year so I decided to add these peanut butter fritters to my feeding platforms. I tried them at the feeder near the house and they were unaffected. But they are very successful in feeding in my lilac bush. Unfortunately this feeder is not visible so I don't know who is eating them but when I check the feeder they are always gone. I love feeding my birds to squirrels so I'm sure they will enjoy it too. This year we have Rust Thrush which is an endangered species…

Popular all year round, but essential in winter!

Cardinals, Tits, and Woodpeckers (I've got giant redheads and downy ones) hang out in Wisconsin in the winter, jerks. (Just kidding! I'm so glad they do.) They need all the energy they can get to fight the arctic blast and WOW how they love those peanut butter nuggets. I drop a handful on the platform feeders and on the ground each day (for morning doves, squirrels, etc.) and they disappear. They are sold locally but often sell out in larger stores. And you don't need a peanut nugget holder…

Birds love it for food

Every bird that comes to our yard loves it, and that's a lot of birds. Unfortunately, so do squirrels, so I spend a lot of time chasing them away. Can be mixed with seeds, served on a platter, or in a nugget feeder. If you're using a nugget feeder, the Perky-Pet 395 10" Sunflower and Peanut Seed Feeder is your best bet. Don't worry about them looking like wire, they're hard to fill and not as strong. If it is You are interested, we have the following birds, all of which eat lard: woodpeckers…

Attracts many native birds.

I use these nuggets in a feeding platform mixed with other seeds and mealworms primarily for the many woodpeckers that live in our area. They seem to attract black and red-bellied woodpeckers (we have a few nests with parents and chicks in the trees around our house) as well as blue jays, mockingbirds, brown thrushes, crows and other native (Central Florida area) birds. ). And of course squirrels love them too. They hold up well in the rain and don't get greasy or soft. They don't stick…

The birds are crazy about them!

How nice that I can get them in a box of 6 from Revain. I have a rich bird population and I go through a lot of pockets. Not only do birds love the feeding area provided for these pellets, but they also like to find the pellets scattered on the ground under the sunflower feeders. Some birds, such as Cardinals, such as cardinals, cannot reach pellets from hanging feeders because their beaks are too large for the openings. By feeding them on the ground, they can also enjoy this delicacy. Also, I…

Brome Squirrel Buster Peanut + C&S Peanut Suet Nuggets = Happy Birds

These suet nuggets are the birds favorite thing at my bird feeder, followed by black oil sunflower seeds and then nyjer seeds in the distance 3 - m. I use a Squirrel Buster Peanut + 5.1" x 5.1" x 27" (with hanger), wild bird feeder with woodpecker stand, 1.3 pounds of inshell peanuts to feed this thing and I didn't have any squirrels in near the feeder, they've been at it for a long time I've long since given up on getting to the bird feeders (all subjects are fireproof bird feeders) Squirrels…
