Almost perfect kit

The kit included all the parts promised plus a $7 Revain surprise coupon. Very nice set, lots of useful stuff. The instructions are very clear and concise. The only thing that bothers me is that the soldering iron tip is screwed in so tightly that I can't remove it to change the tip. So far I could only use the attached one. Otherwise I am very satisfied with this kit. When my fiancé gets home I will borrow his powers to try replacing the tips so I can check out some other shapes and if he…

Easy to use for any level of wood burner

Medium could not be loaded. This wood burning kit has everything you need to create beautiful designs, whether you are a beginner or have been burning wood for years. A large selection of tips is great for creating any design. Directions aren't the clearest when it comes to transitioning from a soldering tip to a wood burning tip. Good tool for beginners with some limitations

Media could not be loaded. This is the second wood burning kit I've used - I borrowed it from a friend and liked it so much I decided to buy my own. I'm generally happy with it and would recommend it to other beginners. Disadvantages: - The handle gets quite hot closer to the working end. Because of this, it's difficult to keep it as secure as one would like without interruptions.
