I like that it's easy for customers, partners or employees working remotely as well with colleagues who are located at your office but not physically present there anymore because they work from home etc., since we use this tool daily you can see how fast everything goes through so no problems here! I like that we can have access to our data from anywhere, and that's it's all stored in one place. We also love how easy it is to use. It's an automated system which helps me manage my campaigns, targeting criteria as well scheduling them for future dates with ease! I have not come across any downsides yet but would definitely keep myself updated if there are issues faced while using it so that they can get rectified immediately once possible!!
