So disappointing to see so many reviews on Revain and find out the product doesn't perform as promised. Bought to connect two monitors. The HDMI port and one of the USB 3.0 ports are not working. Only one USB port worked. I spent two hours on YouTube thinking maybe I'm doing something wrong, but finally I read the reviews here and realized that they were mostly false reviews and this device didn't work for some people. I'll eventually return this and maybe buy something from my local Best Buy.

Apple is known for its slick hardware and the Purgo Hub stays true to its image with its USB C hub I use the hub with a 2018 MacBook Air. I had a feeling this could be a problem and I was right. I had to follow my instinct. Connecting two devices with Thunderbolt 3 ports is a bit flimsy. Even a little accidental pressure can move it. Also, USB connections were difficult to manage and not secure. Unfortunately I can't recommend it. I will choose a device with a short cable to connect to Thunderbolt. It will be safer.

I was so glad that I could find and buy this product. Turned my Macbook Air into a complete presentation, display and USB device! Works great, just plug in and enjoy!
