Fits 2 " exhaust pipes! You have to cut a long stud but it's worth it!

My exhaust looks more like a 2" than a 2.5", but it still worked great .You have to trim the bolt because it's long but works surprisingly well.It took maybe 15 minutes to tighten and get it perfect. For how cheap it is it's not a pipe dream.

Pros
  • Confident
Cons
  • Some bugs

Easy to assemble due to missing exhaust bracket

Had bi=twice, the first one was sent back because it was too big for my exhaust. I didn't realize until I was packing it was actually a 3" that was mislabeled. The second one was too big (mine is a 1.75" exhaust) but tight enough to be usable. Flip the clip on the clothes rail so the clip nuts are as visible as possible Love it just wish it was a smaller size.

Pros
  • Very good price
Cons
  • Lots of stuff

Great all round suspension IF you are aware of its limitations

Installed to replace a rusted/broken exhaust pipe bracket on my 2007 Mazda 3. Unfortunately, the 2.5-inch format was the smallest available, but I made it work by cutting out a piece of scrap metal to use as an insert. Also, the threaded rod is VERY long and will likely need to be cut off after everything is tightened. Not a problem if you have an air shutoff tool like me, but I wouldn't cut it with a hacksaw.

Pros
  • High marks for support and durability from testers
Cons
  • Modern

Practical brackets for mounting conventional silencers.

The exhaust system replacement on my recently purchased 2006 Mustang sounded great but was poorly installed with traditional mufflers. I could cut, clean and paint the badly welded brackets from lightly used mufflers and reassemble them with these brackets. I used 2 of each. They worked as advertised, adjustment was relatively easy and I was able to get the mufflers flush and close to the bottom of the Mustang.

Pros
  • Quality construction
Cons
  • Not everything fits

Does what it's supposed to do

This little beast was used as a last resort when a welded suspension came loose in poor road conditions. As with many others, the setup is definitely a bit tricky, so having a second pair of hands can help. After lifting most of the exhaust system and trying to put the suspension isolator back in place, I realized it would be unwise to do the job alone. The hanger between the muffler and the cat was what we replaced on our little Honda Element. Took a hacksaw for an extra hand but overall it…

Pros
  • It's amazing
Cons
  • Pretty ok

Works well - 8mm hanging rod

One feature this product lacks is the size of the hanging bar. Most other hangers of this type are 3/8 inch (about 10mm) in diameter. This rod is 8mm in diameter so it is very loose in regular rubber mounts. I ordered additional stainless steel bars from Vorocious Motorsports. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B003IQZHPG/ref=cm_sw_em_r_mt_dp_MN0W30MYEZW7BDB9SQ7V?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1 and then welded to the pole. You could argue that if I could weld stainless steel I'd just have to weld a rod to my…

Pros
  • Easy installation
Cons
  • There are other interesting options.

Does the job! good for spare parts

overall I am satisfied. Does the job I wanted and needed. One of my exhaust systems broke causing my exhaust to rattle. I bought this piece of iron and managed to solve the problem, the pipe is there. Relax! Currently. a few things, it's a 2 1/2" clamp for a 2" pipe. It would be great to have a collar of the right size. I had to add a piece of scrap metal to fill the gap. Also, I can tell by the weld between the clip and the hook clasp that it's a DIY job. Looks like a good weld to be honest…

Pros
  • great for a small house
Cons
  • questionable purchase for the elderly

Typical problems with universal exhaust brackets. IS WORKING!

Relatively easy to assemble, no rust etc. Works. Poorly? just typical generic exhaust hanger crap. You must WELD or LOCTITE the height adjustment nuts or they will loosen, you must cut the threaded part as it is LONG. the picture doesn't do it justice. If you are going to use this on a car and not a truck or SUV you will almost never use a threaded part that is at least 12" and I have a MAX 5-6 threads across the top nut and because my angle grinder is in storage, I have a huge threaded end…

Pros
  • Hands-free operation
Cons
  • Very expensive
