Must be! in the kitchen and dining room

I like it very much. Much easier than my old corkscrew. It's simple and works well. I used to have problems with my old corkscrew of the same type, but for some reason the rabbit works much better.

Let the party begin!

This is a great addition to your bar tools - very easy to use, much easier than any of my previous corkscrews. The device attaches well to the wine bottle and the rubberized head is easy to grip and rotate and doesn't hurt the hand (I have grip strength issues and pain in my hands). The spiral seems to enter the cork smoother and quicker than other corkscrews I've used, and doesn't destroy the cork in the process. The wings don't get in the way while you screw the spiral into the cork. The cork

Don't waste money.

The corkscrew does not fit the bottle properly. The diameter is too small. Once you tip it, you really have to spread the plastic legs apart (I'm afraid they'll break) to get the corkscrew on the bottle properly. Once activated, it works great. Have reviewed many corkscrews and this one was still one of my top 3. Update: March 11, 2016 the corkscrew is not working. Wouldn't recommend at all. Cheap plastic broke and became unusable. Update: I've spoken to the company about replacing or crediting

Sturdy and easy to use

This is a very good corkscrew. Inside the neck are small legs that cling to the neck of the bottle for planting and exiting. The oversized handle makes it pretty easy to have this thing on the go. The "gears" or whatever you want to call them (on the fenders) make it pretty easy to apply even pressure to pull the cork out. Even if it's not your first bottle :-). It's also worth noting that the large handle rotates independently. I've opened several bottles and none of them have given thisโ€ฆ

Good Opener - Kitchen Utensils and Gadgets

This opener gets the job done efficiently, effortlessly and at a reasonable price. I personally think it looks better than the actual build quality, but still the thing is strong enough to open many bottles with ease. The materials look stronger/heavier than they really are. With this opener it is easy to remove the cork. The spiral corkscrew is smooth and sharp and because of the way the corkscrew attaches to the wine bottle, it screws right into the cork with ease. This is the best corkscrew I have ever seen or used

This is the best corkscrew I have ever seen or used. The bottleneck interface is integrated into a black plastic construction that's flexible enough to snap various size bottlenecks - no flimsy white plastic rings to break. The icing on the cake, however, is the screw itself. It's a wire, not a machined or cast part, that's coated to allow for easier and less disruptive entry into the cork - no dirt getting into the bottle. It also penetrates the cork deep enough and has a long enough gripโ€ฆ

Simplicity, Reliability, Reasonable Price

When you want to relax after a hard day and enjoy a glass of your favorite wine, you don't need to spend a lot of energy to open a bottle. The chrome plated winged corkscrew is easy to use and although I've only used it a couple of times it has a solid construction that looks like it will last for many years. It's a very powerful device with a thick center shaft. And when not in use, the handles fit snugly against the body for better storage. The Chrome Bunny Wing Corkscrew works basically like

Nice but I would look elsewhere for better functionality

Yes this is an attractive corkscrew for the bar and would be great for the person who likes to open a bottle or two a day. Month. Unfortunately, it's not suitable for those who drink wine more regularly compared to Rabbit or some of the other Metrokane offerings. I have a wine website and have been writing for a local wine magazine for many years. I've tried many corkscrews, including electric ones, but in all other cases I use the Metrokane Rabbit. The Metrokane uses a teflon-coated screw (aโ€ฆ
