I loved the first two knives I ordered, they cut like butter. So I ordered two more. I am very happy with these knives they cut through everything just love them I will only use RADA knives from now on.

Cut through 10 thick, leathery lime peels and use my favorite Breville citrus press to make lemonade. This is my only drink that I keep in a jug in the fridge. I live in the SWAMP. This is my favorite knife and I learned it at the Culinary Institute Duealy, Duealy, Duealy. There's nothing better than Duealy.

I've been using knives for a long time. even if they were Meyer knives. I love the tomato cutter and use it for pretty much everything. My sister in law likes the Superparer and some other big knives. we all have. and sometimes I buy a "set" as a gift. Yes . We love wheel knives.

Purchased Super Parer with black handle. There is nothing unusual about this knife. It's easy, it's spicy, it's inexpensive and it works. The blade is thin, sharp and very flexible. This is not a paring knife with a hard blade. The blade was sharp when purchased and has remained relatively sharp over the past month. I only had to touch the edge once.

I love, love, love Rada knives! The blades are excellent and are easily kept sharp with just a few strokes of a good quality knife sharpener after every third or fourth use. I like that they are made in the USA. This time I bought a black pen because the silver pens on the ones I already have have changed to a matt pewter look over time. It's probably caused by some type of dish detergent or bleach that I'm using. These are the best knives!

This is our favorite knife for slicing apples, fruit, potatoes, carrots, etc. It stays sharp and doesn't need to be sharpened. 10+ years. Over time I've bought more as this is my family's favorite style of knife. I probably shouldn't do this, but we put ours in the dishwasher. The color of the handle has changed slightly, but this has not affected the quality in any way. My mom has had a knife for at least 20 years and it looks and works like new (she only hand cleans her knife).

I have bought several more expensive Swiss and German knives with rave reviews. Each time I was disappointed with them, mostly too boring. I needed something to trim a chicken and nothing worked. This knife was much sharper, worked the best, and was cheaper. I didn't buy this knife at first because it was cheaper and so I assumed it would be worse. I was so wrong! Don't let the price fool you, it's the best and made right here in the USA! HOORAY!

I wasn't expecting much from these knives for the price, but I was blown away by how sharp they are and how affordable they are. We actually have two, one with an aluminum handle and one with a black plastic handle.
