The light is amazing but the rubber connecting it to the steering wheel has dried and cracked and lasted less than a week rendering the excellent headlamp useless. As disappointing as I liked the lamp.

Headlight strap not attached. Other lightweight straps are permanently attached to one side. This comes off on both sides. The strap was lost after the first use. I have never seen a light with an unconnected strap. This is a design flaw. If you buy this you will probably use rubber bands to attach the light to the handlebars.

I would not recommend this because the adapter keeps the light on the steering wheel. Front light 1. Really hard to put on in the dark.2. It doesn't seem to latch, if you push it a little you can see this light floating down the road. The plastic latch on the adapter that prevents it from slipping on the road is subject to wear and will not lock the light. The light is good but I didn't buy a flashlight. Now I have to buy another one./

I am an avid cyclist. I ride about 25 miles a day in Seattle year-round. So I know my way around bike lights pretty well. I bought it to replace my reverse light. However, it will be a great main light. The battery life will outperform my longest trips. The quick flash made me more visible to cars (because they don't give way before). The light itself is great. Easy to install on the bike and lots of great customization options but I hear you know what a great company. I contacted the company that I had lost the small tail light strap and if only a small replacement strap could be ordered they said they would send me one. When the package arrived they sent me a brand new set for free! I have no words. I will tell all my friends and strangers that this is the company with a bike light kit for them. They make dreams come true.

Very disappointed. It would be nice if the headlight actually charged via the USB port. We charged it upon delivery and then charged it once after the lights went out. The second time the battery died we plugged it in to charge and it just wouldn't plug in or charge. It's still in great condition and has never been dropped, hit, etc. I've tried 4 different cables, none of them worked, so it's either a poor quality USB connector or a poor quality electronics board, charge controller or a bad…

I needed a bright light for commuting and this fitted the bill. The battery life in bright light - as stated in the description - is only 2 hours and is therefore not worth more than 3 stars. But in the worst case, 1.5 hours for me, so that's enough. I like the thick rubber band attachment - it's easy and feels secure. Red light is nothing special. not very bright either. Tried several bike lights. Some wouldn't charge, some weren't bright enough. This finally does both. It is easy to attach and detach for charging. The charge takes a reasonable amount of time. Both the front and rear lights are bright enough to be seen from afar. The backlight has several modes. The front panel is always on and the brightness can be adjusted. I read a number of reviews before purchasing. These were the only ones that only had 5 starts at the time of purchase. I would say the battery life lasts for 2 hours. So buy a handful at this price! They are very easy and quick to assemble, sit securely on the handlebars and don't rattle. I ride some pretty rough trails with lots of roots and rocks and they still hold up. I ride with two of them on the handlebars and then another 1300 lumens on my head. I would strongly recommend turning on the
